We have extensive in house wet on wet painting facilities with six stage iron phosphate pre-treatment to ensure high quality and a durable finish for our steering products which fulfills all the surface finish quality requirements like corrosion resistance, outdoor durability.

The semi automatic conveyorised closed zones painting line with 2 painting booth, 2 electric ovens, 2 flash off zones which can paint 3 components per minute.

There is no handling of parts during the painting process up to final packing, which gives reproducible quality and high throughput.

We also have full fledged lab for testing facility for paint properties like gloss, adhesion, film thickness and concentration of chemicals for PT baths.
