Instruction to the Physical Shareholders

SEBI vide Master Circular for Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents no. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 06, 2026 has introduced common and simplified norms for processing investors' service request by Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTAs) and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination by members holding shares in physical form. The key highlights of the circular are as under:

All holders of physical securities of the Company are mandatorily required to furnishfurnish the following documents/ details to the RTA i.e. MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) (MUFG Intime):

1. PAN
2. Nomination
3. Contact Details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number)
4. Bank Account details
5. Specimen Signature

The holders of physical securities in Company shall submit form ISR-1 to MUFG Intime for updating PAN and other KYC details

In case of mismatch in the signature of the holder in the records of MUFG Intime, the investor shall furnish original cancelled cheque and banker's attestation of the signature as per form ISR-2.

The holders of physical securities in Company shall continue to use form SH-13 and SH-14 for declaration of nomination and change in nomination, respectively. However, in case the holders of physical securities in Company wants to opt-out of nomination, form ISR-3 shall be filed.

The holders of physical securities in Company shall submit form ISR-4 to MUFG Intime for issue of Duplicate Certificate and other service requests.

The security holder(s) whose folio(s) do not have PAN, Contact Details, Bank Account Details and Specimen Signature updated, shall be eligible:

(a) to lodge grievance or avail any service request from the RTA only after furnishing PAN and KYC details.

(b) for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption payment in respect of such folios, only through electronic mode with effect from April 01, 2024.
