Mr. Dinesh Munot - Chairman
Mr. Dinesh Munot (B.E.(Elec.), M.I.E.) is an Engineer by qualification. He has over 38 years of experience in the automotive industry In the year 1984, he took charge as 'Chief Executive' of ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd (the Company). He was designated as Managing Director of the Company in the year 1987. From the year 2010, he became 'Chairman & Managing Director' of the Company. On his request, he has been re-designated as Whole-time Director and Chairman of the Company, with effect from August 1, 2019.
Mr. Dinesh Munot was elected as 'President of Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA). He was bestowed with 'Lifetime Achievement Award' from Nagar Road Industry Chamber of Commerce, Pune in October 2008.
Mr. Utkarsh Munot - Managing Director
Mr. Utkarsh Munot, is Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from the North Eastern University, Boston, USA. He also holds Diploma in Business Administration from the same University. Mr. Utkarsh Munot worked as 'Manager-Works' in ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd (the Company) since May 14, 2004. He was appointed as 'Executive Director' of the Company, from November 1, 2006. He took charge as 'Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer' of the Company, with effect from May 19, 2016. He has now been elevated to the position of 'Managing Director' of the Company, with effect from August 1, 2019.
Mr. Utkarsh Munot is Executive Committee Member of ACMA (Automotive components Manufacturers Association of India) and Management Committee Member of Indira Institute of Management, Pune.

Mrs. Smita Lahoti is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has an overall 21 years of experience in the areas of Statutory/ Tax Audit/ Internal Audit of various companies/ Banks/ entities.
She has undergone the practical training in Information System Audits ( ISA ) conducted by SSI jointly with ICAI and has also Completed the IFRS Course conducted by ICA.
Dr. Dinesh Bothra
Dr. Dinesh Bothra, is a B.Tech from IIT Delhi. He has also done his Ph.D. in Chemical / Bio-Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, U.S.A. He also held the position of an honorary visiting professor at IIT Delhi. Dr. Bothra is having vast experience in the field of Specialty Materials and Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Rohit Rathi
